Construction Of Greenway Network In Main District Of Haikou City Based On Suitability Evaluation

The continuous deepening and development of the urbanization process has led to more and more serious urban problems.Therefore,people have put forward higher requirements for their own ecological and living environment.Hainan Province is blessed with natural and human resources.It is famous for its tropical,coastal and garden features.It is a national Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone,and therefore puts forward higher requirements for the protection and construction of ecological environment and resources.Based on the government support and the needs of urban development,the planning and construction of the greenway network has gradually begun.This paper selects the main urban area of Haikou City as the research object,and constructs the greenway network,in order to improve the ecological environment and the quality of people's living environment,optimize the urban landscape,enhance its tourism base,and let the city develop in a healthier direction.In this paper,by reading the literature and the existing research on Haikou Greenway.using field investigation,multidisciplinary comprehensive research and other methods,this paper combs the theoretical and practical research on the greenway network,summarizes and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the greenway construction in the main city of Haikou City,which contribute to determining the planning direction of the greenway network-the multi-functional composite urban greenway network that highlights the characteristics of the tropical and coastal areas.Then,from the aspects of questionnaire survey,suitability evaluation,preliminary selection of greenway network,line selection adjustment,and design of greenway section,the greenway network of Haikou City is constructed.The main research contents are as follows:Part 1:Basic research.From the ecological and environmental problems faced by the city,urban renewal,the rise of "park cities",the development of region-wide tourism,national fitness,Haikou's own positioning and development needs and policies,the background of greenway network construction is reviewed.The related concepts of greenway and theoretical research at home and abroad are related to the basic research of greenway network.The cities with similarities with Haikou City such as Singapore,Ljubljana,Pearl River Delta and Qingdao are selected to analyze the strategy of the greenway network construction in order to summarizes its implications for the construction of the greenway network in Haikou City.Part 2:The status survey.By investigating the current status of the greenways such as Coastal Greenway,Riverside West Greenway.Lake Greenway of Shapo Reservoir and Bihai Avenue Coastal Trail in the main urban area,six aspects of its existing problems were found out;from policy,ecology,transportation,society,economy and culture,the necessity of greenway network construction is explained in detail.At the same time,the feasibility of greenway network construction in Haikou City is explained from four aspects,which provides a certain support of foundation of the greenway network construction in the main city.Part 3:The construction of the greenway network.Through the questionnaire survey method and the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of the evaluation factors affecting the greenway network construction in the main city of Haikou City were determined,and the suitability evaluation system was constructed.The spatial analysis function of the geographic information system was used to analyze the suitability.In the area with high suitability,the preliminary selection of the greenway is carried out.On the basis of this,combined with the relevant planning and real-time thermal map of Haikou City,the adjustment of the line selection is carried out,in order to make the construction of the greenway network more suitable for the development of the city.At the end of the paper,the nine main urban greenways of the urban and waterfront types,which are constructed through the above steps,are described in detail and the relevant road sections are selected to design the greenway.Based on theoretical research and practical problems,this paper uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to construct the greenway network.This study can provide some help for the construction of the greenway network in the main urban area of Haikou City,provide reference for the construction of the greenway network in the coastal city,and make up for the gap in the construction of urban greenway network in the tropical region.
