In view of the interior ballistic projectile motion state,this article is based on dynamic storage testing technology to design the interior ballistic projectile dynamic parameter test recorder,effectively in the acquisition of the projectile in bore movement parameters,and combined with ANSYS ls-dyna and ABAQUS finite element simulation software,the final test data processing analysis,draw the character of the three axis acceleration parameters inside the chamber and the particularity of the testing environment,provide powerful basis for studying the projectile motion state,and the related design and improvement to provide the reference.In this paper,combining the basic theory of sensor testing physical quantity and the working principle of acceleration sensor,the theoretical basis of test system design is laid.In order to adapt to the complex and harsh test environment,the overall scheme is designed according to the test requirements.Using ANSYS ls-dyna software based on the transient dynamics method respectively to modeling and simulation of the projectile,cannon gun tube,cannon gun tube adopts full constraints,the projectile contact definition,analysis of the projectile movement status within the chamber,the force curve and acceleration curve of the projectile is obtained and the speed curve,modal analysis of the projectile at the same time,it is concluded that the modal vibration frequency;According to the test scheme,the hardware circuit of the test system was designed,and CPLD and ATMEGL8515 master-slave control were adopted.The coordination of each circuit module realized low power consumption,data acquisition and storage.For simulating tester machine shell design,experiment inspection tester test function,using the EMD algorithm to analyze the measured data processing,filtering processing of axial and radial acceleration,the freedom of decomposition in theprocess of filtering calculation acceleration response and forced response,combined with the high frequency component,analysis of the projectile in the bore in the motion process of vibrating situation and characteristics of the three axis acceleration.Interior ballistic projectile dynamic parameter test recorder has a high shock resistance,high overload,low power consumption,such as performance,conform to the requirements of the actual environmental test,through modeling simulation and experimental data analysis,verified the validity and reliability of the tester,has practical use value,is to test and research in the bore of the projectile motion process of the effective means.
