Depending on its own environmental characteristics and advantageous resource conditions,the project area will be a pleasant and eco-friendly leisure area,the goal of realizing the local sustainable development of ecological benefit,economic benefit and environmental benefit in water Conservancy project has gradually become the direction of Water conservancy construction in Xinjiang.The ecological environment fragility,sensitive characteristics of Xinjiang,especially the sparse vegetation and lack of ecological resources in arid desert area,it is still relatively large to solve the reservoir eco-environment in the region,although some achievements are made,it is still in the exploratory research stage.This study has done research on the development and utilization of water and soil conservation and eco-landscape function in the reservoir of arid desert area of Xinjiang,realizing the strategic goal of local sustainability of reservoir resources and the theory and method of soil and water conservation planning and ecological landscape design in arid desert area of Xinjiang.(1)Through the discussion on the development of Water conservancy and ecological landscape Research in China,it is found that the stage of Water conservancy development in China has shifted from the original predatory resource-type water conservancy stage to the eco-friendly Water conservancy development stage,and gradually integrates the sustainable development goal of human and nature harmoniously into the Water Conservancy project construction.At the same time,this study analyzes the current situation and problems of Xinjiang Reservoir ecological landscape construction,and points out that there are some shortages in the organic combination of soil and water conservation and ecological landscape construction in Xinjiang Reservoir,and puts forward 3 areas in urgent need of improvement for its shortcomings.(2)The study is based on the basic theories involved in the planning and design of ecological landscape,the study is concerned with the steps in the process of planning and design.The principle and method are analyzed and summarized,the preliminary planning and design frame system is formed,thesuccessful case of Xinjiang existing reservoir planning and design is analyzed,and the successful experience of the case is integrated into the framework system of the basic theory planning and design,and the planning and design system is further perfected.(3)Guided by the theory research of ecological construction planning and design,combined with the natural environment condition and planning target orientation of the Poplar River in Tacheng,Xinjiang,the author determined that the combination of soil and water conservation construction and eco-environmental restoration as the core,natural landscape and humanistic landscape would create a harmonious coexistence between human and natural environment.According to the location of the reservoir functional area is divided into: ecological reserves,service management areas,leisure and entertainment area and the dam view Scenic Area 4 part of the ecological planning and design,and comprehensively evaluate ecological benefit of ecological landscape planning in Reservoir area.Tacheng Poplar River Town Reservoir Ecological environment construction planning and design will provide the theoretical basis and technical reference for the ecological environment construction of the reservoir in arid desert area of Xinjiang.
