As one of the most important parts of the mechanical industry,noise of rolling bearing has become an more and more important problem as people's requirements for living environment.Although many people have studied the noise of bearings,but it is still difficult for calculating bearing noise accurately,and the effective quantitative calculation method has not yet been formed.In this thesis,the C&R 608-2Z deep groove ball bearing is taken as the research object.The calculation model of bearing noise without considering the bearing size error and with considering the random size error,considering the inner and outer raceway waviness error,considering the bearing cage influences and considering the comprehensive factors are studied.The research contents and achievements are as follows:when the bearing is only subjected to radial load,using the Hertz contact theory to establish the relevant mechanical model of the bearing without considering size error.And the motion of the inner ring and the rolling element is obtained.Then combined with the classical acoustic model,the radial motion noise of the bearing is studied.On this basis,the random size error of the bearing rolling element and the waviness error of the inner and outer ring raceways are considered.The trigonometric function is used to construct the waviness model.Combined with the acoustic theory,the change of the bearing noise pressure value with size error is obtained.At the same time,considering the influences of the bearing cage on the bearing noise,using the theory that the cage is pushed by the rolling element,the relevant model of the cage is established,and the movement state of the cage is obtained.Furthermore,the sound pressure value of the bearing noise with considering the influence of the cage is obtained.Finally,considering all the factors of the above,the bearing noise calculation model under radial load is obtained.By Matlab programming,through the specific examples,the influence of rotational speeds and loads on the sound pressure value of bearing noise is obtained,and the relevant regular curve is drawn.This thesis is carried out on the other people's privius work and the contents and results can provide some theoretical support and references for the noise reducing and further research of deep groove rolling bearings.
