Design And Development For Floor Height Measuring And Printing Integrated Machine

To solve the problem of measurement data is not accurate?precision is low?review is difficult and low efficiency during the buildings' acceptance,a kind of floor height measuring and printing integrated machine has been designed.This integrated machine is combined with optical,mechanical and electrical equipment,it can realize self-adjusting height measuring,ground printing,data storage,etc.This article's main works are as follow:(1)The design of self-adjusting height measurement systemAccording to the need of the floor height measurement,designed the selfadjusting height measurement which contains gesture detection?position adjustment and distance measurement.It collects the gesture information through three-axis accelerometer,using PID algorithm to control a two degrees of freedom Pan-tilt-zoom which execution part is steering engine.The Pan-tilt-zoom quickly adjusts the position of the laser ranging module which fixed on it to ensure the efficiency of the measurement and the accuracy of the data.(2)The design of ground printing equipmentSeparating the data into single characters,microcontroller outputs signal to control relays' conduction and disconnect,relays control electromagnets which is ordered of seven sections,sponge mimeograph layer and the relay is used cooperatively to realize the ground printing;After printing a character,though the encoder counting to control DC motor turn a fixed angle then continue printing.(3)The design of control systemChoosing STM32f103ZET6 to be the microcontroller of the system,design the hardware circuit for regulating? printing device and motion control part,design the PID control algorithm matching with self-adjusting module,making fuzzy control table to realize fuzzy control for motor control module,complete the program of ground printing,etc.(4)The experiments and analysis of systemThe experiments' results show that the design of floor height measuring and printing integrated machine needs less than 2s in the process of posture adjustment,measuring time is less than 0.5s,the distance measuring module deviate in the vertical direction within range of 1°;Can ground printing a number of data,the spacing of characters is 1cm,the time for printing a character needs less 1s,printing all characters needs less than 30 s,ground printing effect is well,the data can real-time upload to computer storing.Finally,summarizes the overall design,and put forward the corresponding improvement plan.
