The Mechanics Properties Analysis Of Neighburhood Highway Tunnel In The Process Of Construction

As the number of China's current tunnel gradually increased,and is moving towards a morecomplex type of development,research on complex tunnel that is growing.Because this kind of tunnel type relative to the double hole tunnel can overcome the wiring problem,compared with the multi-arch tunnel has a greater advantage in the tunnel construction process,construction period,cost and quality,neighburhood tunnel in our country adopted more and more.In recent years,China's use of neighburhood tunnel is more and more widely in highway tunnel construction.Because of the traffic construction investmeng is larger,a large number of construction of the highway and high-speed railway are built,the rise of the neighburhood tunnel will become inevitable.Although the neighburhood tunnel development is rapid,the unfavorable situation design theory lagged behind the engineering construction so far,that laid to the current research not deep enough and concrete on the theory and construction technology of neighburhood tunnel in our country.At present,neighburhood tunnel had some problems of constructionmaterial waste,and improve the cost of the project,because the research on neighburhood tunnel is not enough in world,such as: the construction method,the excavation sequence and the reasonable distance between different understanding,the reasonable construction method and influence of double hole tunnel is not clear.This paper based on a Ji'nan tunnel engineering,the tunnel surrounding rock stress straincharacteristics were discussed by using the methods of theoretical analysis combined with numerical simulation.Numerical simulation of the process of modeling,is used to establish finite element model of the tunnel by finite element software MIDAS,and search on the mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock of neighburhood tunnel under three different excavation method.By comparing characteristics of surrounding rock stress,strain,excavation depth,this paper research on the mountains ofsouthern Ji'nan IV,V grade rock section of neighburhood highway tunnel,the reasonable construction method of deep buried conditions.This paper provide technical support for the reasonable construction safety of highway tunnel,and provide a reliable basis for reasonable excavation method and the reasonable depth of tunnel.
