In recent years,with population density of China's large urban gradually increasing,environment and resources in China are under the huge test.Nowadays,how to meet the increasing housing needs of the city people and make the maximum limited use of resources is an urgent problem to be solved.In this environment,accelerate the construction of multi-storey residential or group of high-rise residential will be a reasonable choice for the development of most cities in China.From perspective of the architectural research,the prefabricated structure system with short construction period,stable and reliable quality,energy saving and environmental protection advantages,will be a way to effectively solve this contradiction.The assembly type core wall beam composite structure studied in this paper is aimed at a kind of structural system of high-rise residential building.This paper mainly introduces the research contents of the test.The full text is divided into five chapters:(1)Introduction.The paper describes the development situation of residential industry in our country,introduces the classification and characteristics of prefabricated structure,shows the necessity of developing the assembly type structure housing.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign about assembly type structure,especially the research of assembled shear wall structure.Finally,the main content is listed in this paper.(2)Test design scheme.This paper designed 3 sets of wall beam connection node,1 set of cast frame core wall beam out of plane node and 2 sets of the assembly type frame core wall beam out of plane node,using a low cyclic loading method at the end of the beam.The paper mainly introduces the test of the preparatory work,including assembling reinforcement,making model,strain gauge,pouring concrete,test block,hoisting,pore filling and required by the test device.Finally,the specimen failure phenomenon is listed.(3)Test analysis.Through processing 3 specimens of the load-displacement curve and the key data,the paper analyses the effect of different connection type for each stage of the specimen of the bearing capacity,deformation,ductility and energy dissipation performance.As can be seen,when tooth key is arranged at the wall,with compared with the cast-in-place specimen,the sleeves added to the specimens to improve the bearing capacity of the significance are not big,but have better improve for ductility,lead to the decrease of energy dissipation capacity.When tooth key is not arranged at the wall,the bearing capacity and ductility of assembly type specimens are lower than that of cast specimens,the energy dissipation coefficient is larger than that of cast specimens.Through the treatment of main reinforcement strain data in the beam,analyzing influence of the adding of sleeve on stirrups and longitudinal reinforcement inside beams,longitudinal bars inside the walls.As can be seen,in the assembly type specimen beam longitudinal reinforcement yield significantly later than the cast specimen.(4)Finite element analysis.Through the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate a cast specimen and an assembly type specimen,coming to a dicision.In elastic stage,simulation and experiment are consistent,but due to the limitation of the simulation,in yield phase,the simulation result is larger.(5)Conclusion and prospect.Conclusion and summarize the problems in the process of experiment and finite element simulation,put forward some suggestions,and to provide a new thought follow-up study.
