With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization in China,the construction of engineering projects in China has been rapid development.Construction projects have the characteristics of large investment,long construction period,many related interests,involving a wide range,complex internal and external environment,and the risk factors that can not be foreseen,So it is very important to control project risk and reduce the probability of risk in the construction process.Therefore,this article takes the construction project as the research object,carries on the analysis and the appraisal to the overall risk of the project construction,and strive for the risk control of the project to play a positive role in promoting.Firstly,this paper describes the basic theory of engineering project construction and risk,the definition,characteristics and classification of construction project risk analysis and elaboration,at the same time,the project risk evaluation content is analyzed,and the scope of engineering project risk assessment is determined,and the method of construction project risk evaluation is introduced.Secondly,according to the design of risk evaluation index system,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the project under the guidance of the principle and process of the construction project risk index,and gets the risk factors of the project construction.At the same time,the reference of domestic and international classification and division of risk indicators,from policy risks,economic risks,natural environment risk,design risk,construction risk,management risk and contract risk seven aspects of risk classification,the establishment of a comprehensive,scientific construction project risk evaluation system.Finally,the risk assessment model of construction projects is constructed based on the risk list and risk index management system,and the risk elements in the process of project construction are analyzed by using analytic hierarchy process.Taking the construction of Longhu Shenyang Downing project as an example,the risk management of the project is evaluated,and the overall risk of the project is obtained.The validity and practicability of the risk assessment model are proved indirectly,which provides scientific basis for risk prevention,risk assessment and risk control.
