Study On Evolution Of Port Function Land

Port area is the core of the port and city interaction,gathered a variety of scarce resources,and it's the key area for the development of coastal areas.Driven by a series of factors,the scale of the port area is expanding and the land use structure is changing.In the background of territorial sea strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative,the land's structure and scale of coastal port region is changing,which has brought impact to China's coastal zone.Under the support of “Research on the Evaluation Method of the Ecological Carrying Capacity of the Coastal Port Master Plan Based on the Remote Sensing Technology”,which ie a "Public welfare industry research" special,this paper has summed up the generation,expansion and evolution of the existing port area.This has certain reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of other coastal ports,and it is also significant to protect valuable port shoreline resources and rationally plan the land resources in the port area.This paper use MSS,TM,SPOT and GF-1 multi-source data as data sources,and develop a land use classification system by using the method of remote sensing data survey and field investigation,which is suitable for sensor classification and with port research characteristics.The paper obtains the land use data of Xiamen's two major ports,Dongdu Port and Haicang Port in 1983,1994,2004 and 2014,and analyzes the land use change of Haicang Port and Dongdu Port.The paper also studies the main causes of land use structure evolution in the study area.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)At present,the land use structure of Dongdu Port and Haicang Port is quite different.The construction land of Dongdu Port is mainly residential construction,and the port industry is facing industrial upgrading.The land use structure is stable,but the natural land is basically completed.Hngcang mainly includes industrial land,Residential construction land and port construction land need needs to be further improved.(2)The study area has been growing rapidly from 1983 to 2014,such as port facilities,port industry and residential areas,and large-scale natural semi-natural land area such as cultivated land and sea area beach is occupied.The cultivated land is mainly converted into residential land and port industrial land,and the sea area is mainly converted into port land.(3)There are many problems exist in the development of the port area: port land development mainly relying on the project,the lack of overall planning and guidance;the shortage of land and land use area,extensive development;characteristics of the various development zones is distinct,but the grid as a policy;residents facilities lack of isolation construction and industrial land;the development of port and city competition fierce,land conflicts outstanding;the rapid development of Haicang port city development is slow and industrial economy coordination.(3)To clarify the development orientation of the two ports in the large area;to realize the functions of the harbor port and the division of the functions of the industrial industry;and to rationalize the main functional sites of the spatial layout will contribute to the sustainable development of the long-term stage of the port area..
