Passenger Boarding Bridge,as a common large steel structure electromechanical product in the airport,is used to connect the terminal building and the aircraft with the characteristics of the traditional bridge structure,such as the extensible,ascending,descending,rotating,closed and temporary tunnel and bridge.It has the motion characteristics and characteristics of electric control also.Through the optimization design and analysis of the structure of the passenger boarding bridge,the optimal design of the telescopic tunnel of the boarding bridge,the optimal design of the canopy opening and closing drive mechanism,the air conditioning position and the air outlet in the boarding bridge passage are studied in this paper.In the optimum design of the telescopic channel of the corrugated plate of the plane side wall of the passenger boarding bridge,the basic structure of the boarding bridge is studied,the main motion modes of the passenger boarding bridge are analyzed,and the stress analysis data of the subsequent structure are presented.The structure of plate side wall corrugated plate telescopic tunnel is optimized,and the design method of truss structure is put forward.The installation process of plate side wall bridge is determined,and the exterior and interior decoration materials of the passage are optimized at the same time.After the optimization of passenger boarding bridge structure,the model of the product is completed,the stress analysis of the members is carried out,the stress analysis,and the stiffness analysis,the stability analysis and the natural frequency analysis are completed under different working conditions.The load strength of the connection part of the bridge load equipment is calculated and analyzed,and the analysis results show that the design meets the requirements.The optimization and analysis of the flexible canopy are carried out,the basic mechanism of the existing is studied,and the opening and closing mechanism of the driving device in the canopy is analyzed.In order to solve the problems existing in F fork and V fork closing mechanism and to improve the length and structure of the bar,the structure model of Y fork is proposed.A new type of canopy opening and closing mechanism is determined by the calculation of stroke and angle.The proposed mechanism satisfies and solves the existing problems of the open and close mechanism.This paper analyzes the internal air conditioning of boarding bridge,and puts forward the methods of regulating the internal temperature,the cooling water discharge of air conditioning system and the problems of air conditioning exhaust pipe.In order to verify the performance of the optimized passenger boarding bridge,the experimental verification of the optimized product was completed,and the data of static force test,stiffness detection and vibration analysis of the optimized boarding bridge were obtained.The results show that the optimized results meet the design requirements.
