Non-circular gear is widely used in engineering field because of its advantages of non-uniform speed transmission.The complexity of mechanism can be simplified by non-circular gear in many fields.And the performance of the mechanism can be significantly improved.The design and processing technology of non-circular gear is promoted when computer technology and intelligent equipment technology is applied to non-circular gear fields.However,the detection technology of non-circular gears is behind the design and processing technology of it.The development and application of non-circular gears is greatly restricted for that.In view of the non-perfect measurement method and error algorithm of non-circular gear,the pitch curve error,the tooth profile error and the method of measuring rod distance of non-circular gear are researched in this dissertation.The main research works are as follows:1.The detection method and algorithm of pitch curve error are researched.Based on the theory of gear meshing,the error detection algorithm of center distance curve normal vector is built.The pitch curve error is calculated.And the automatic detection system of pitch curve error is designed.What's more,the detection device and testing software are designed.Experimental data is collected by using the sensor.The detection software of pitch curve error is developed based on the mixed programming of C ++ and MATLAB,and the data is processed by the software.The automatic detection and error display of the curve error is realized.What's more the feasibility of the detection method and error algorithm are verified.2.The detection method and the algorithm of the profile error of noncircular gears are researched.The three coordinate measuring machine is used to detect the gear profile and the reference position of the non-circular gear.The data information of the reference position is used to coordinate transformation,and the detection tooth profile is transformed into the theoretical tooth profile coordinate system.The tooth profile error search model is established based on the theory of tooth profile offset line,and the error of non-circular gear tooth profile is detected.8 and 10 precision tooth profile of standard cylindrical gears are detected by this method.The cylindrical gear tooth profile error is calculated according to the tooth profile error algorithm to obtain the cylindrical gear tooth profile error.The error results show that the tooth profile error of the sampling test is within the theoretical error level,and the reliability of the detection method and algorithm is verified.3.The method of measuring rod distance of non-circular gear is researched.According to the theory of tooth profile for non-circular gear and the tangent relation between rod and the left and right tooth profile,the search algorithm of the rod radius is established.And the maximum and minimum radius rod of non-circular gear is obtained using above method.In order to have a good interchangeability,the radius of the universal rod is reasonably rounded.The cross bar distance of the non-circular gear is calculated using the universal bar.The feasibility of the method is verified by measuring the span through the virtual simulation.
