Study On Resource Allocation Of Construction Enterprises From The Perspective Of Multi-Project

Multi-project management requires construction enterprises to make reasonable combination of existing resources,effectively allocate the enterprise resources and maximize the benefits.However,in practice,the project departments tend to pay more attention to their own resource utilization,and seldom combines the long-term strategic objectives of the enterprise,in terms of resource allocation,it is seldom considered from the perspective of corporate interests.The resource allocation of inter-project in multi-project environment has become one of the core issues that restrict the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problems and methods of the construction enterprise resource allocation from the perspective of multi-project view,and optimize the distributed redundant process according to the goal of smooth and efficient.Firstly,the problems existing in the resource allocation of construction enterprises are presented through literature review and interview identification.The main four resources in construction enterprises(labor resources,material resources,equipment resources and capital resources)are selected as the analysis objects;Through SPSS statistical analysis software,the influence degree of the item was analyzed,and all the items were affected by different degree of project management performance.Statistical analysis results show that,as most companies still rely on manual management way of resource allocation,resource configuration is unreasonable,the problem such as low waste of resources,the resources use efficiency.Secondly,in view of the results of the above analysis,a key chain method is proposed to allocate the resources of construction enterprises under multi-project background.This paper describes the key chain method configuration target and task,the key chain method configuration process.The effectiveness of the method is verified through an industrial park infrastructure project.In this study,the ranking of influence of resource allocation in multi-project background can help construction enterprises focus on improving resource allocation,At the same time,the key chain method resource allocation method in this thesis provides reference for construction enterprises to carry out reasonable resource allocation.
