Risks of droughts and floods are growing every day with climate change and urbanization of human settles, especially those that are developing, mainly due to lack of planning which plays an important role in making and implementing decisions,as a result of it,has grown worldwide technologies as permeable pavements for adaptation of urbanization levels where there is minimal risk of flood or drought. Some of these technologies specifically are permeable concrete and pavers will be object of this study, specifically for adaptation and renovation of roads in municipality of Facatativa in country of Colombia,in order to contribute to the reduction of climate change, prevent floods in rainy season and store its water.Analysis of these two types of permeable pavements and its viability for the municipality,as main purpose to this study thorough a storm water management model software(SWMM),with preset parameters that added to physical and hydrological characteristics of the municipality, allow to analyze permeable pavements in a rainy period of 25 years, with extreme events of it in two hours, obtaining curves and charts that allowed to determine the viability of the pavements, demonstrating that the pervious concrete is best choice for the municipality. |
