Research On Application Of BIM Technology In JITRI Building Construction Protect

At present,BIM technology,as a frontier technology in the field of Engineering construction,has-been studied by more and more experts and scholars.With the national policy encouragement and active promotion,the technical advantages of BIM technology have been widely recognized in the industry in theory.However,due to the late start of research and application of BIM technology in China,the practical application and experience feedback of BIM technology at the practical level are the key issues that need to be paid attention to in the development of BIM technology.The significance of this study is to sum up the experience and lessons of BIM technology in practice through the follow-up study of the application of BIM technology in actual projects,and to put forward some thoughts and suggestions for the application of BIM technology in China.On the basis of the practice of site location and in-depth project participation,the author explores the advantages and disadvantages of BIM technology in the process of project implementation.Chapter 2 of this paper summarizes the development status of BIM technology at home and abroad and its main application in architectural deepening design and lean construction through literature reading.Chapter 3 analyses the application results of BIM technology in the construction,design and construction units of this project from the overall level,including the needs and agreements of the owners,the achievements and shortcomings of the design units,and the adjustment and deepening of the construction units.Chapter ? specifically analyses the role of BIM technology in the deepening design of building,structure and pipeline integration of the project,summarizes the advantages and problems of BIM application in the project,and reflects on the enlightenment it brings to us.Chapter 5 specifically analyses the application of BIM technology in lean construction.It elaborates the application of BIM technology in the construction of the project from three aspects:lean construction based on BIM technology,construction organization and intelligent site construction,and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment of BIM in construction.Finally,Chapter 6 briefly reviews the application of BIM technology in this project,points out the shortcomings of the research,and according to the research on the application of BIM in this project,puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the promotion and implementation of BIM technology in China from two aspects:the application of BIM and the development of BIM technology.
