Research On Overall Planning And Design Of Urban General Hospital Based On Security Management

The problem of urban public safety does not exist in isolation.As a place where people's mobility is very complicated,hospitals are also the places where security problems are most serious.With the frequent occurrence of doctor-patient violence,the hospital's security problems have received extensive attention.The state has successively issued “Peace Hospital” and other policy documents related to hospital security.However,when domestic architects design hospital buildings,they pay more attention to functional layout,traffic flow lines,architectural shape relationships,etc.,and do not understand the correlation between hospital building design and security management.Due to the lack of security management considerations at the beginning of the design,the hospital exposed various security management issues after its completion.For example,the entrances and exits of the courtyards and the entrances and exits of the buildings are more inconvenient for security control;the parking areas are widely distributed,and the hospitals have to send more security personnel to manage them.Therefore,in 2016,the tutor applied for the National Natural Science Foundation of China,“Research on the Design of Crime Prevention in Urban General Hospitals: Taking Beijing as an Example”.As a national fund project,in the past two years,its students have conducted targeted research from the hospital crime prevention method and the hospital emergency department.As a sub-topic of this topic,this paper analyzes various problems arising from the lack of security management in the hospital's overall planning from the perspective of security management,and attempts to propose design strategies.The article is divided into five parts:The first chapter: expounds the source of the thesis title,introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of the thesis,summarizes the research methods and technical routes,and finally clarifies the necessity and feasibility of the research.The second chapter: first introduces the content of hospital security management,secondly analyzes the current situation of hospital security management,summarizes the security management problems that can be solved by building design,and finally analyzes the correlation between hospital security management and overall planning.The third chapter: Firstly,the classification of the overall planning mode of Beijing hospitals is carried out.Secondly,through the use of various research methods such as observation method and interview method,the case analysis of Beijing hospitals is carried out from two types of restricted areas and open areas..From the perspective of security management,it analyzes various problems arising from the lack of security management in the hospital's overall planning.The fourth chapter: According to the problems found in the third chapter and the influencing factors behind it,try to propose the overall planning and design strategy of the hospital for security management.The fifth chapter: Research on Case Transformation.Taking Beijing Tiantan Hospital as an example,in view of the security management problems in the overall planning of the hospital,combined with the design strategy of the overall planning of the hospital for security management proposed in the previous chapter,the case optimization design was carried out to verify the feasibility of the design strategy.
