With the rapid development of China's national economy and the expansion of the scale of power grid construction,the living standard of the people has been greatly improved.With the continuous enrichment of modern life,the quality of electric energy has been raised more and more highly.The development of the economy and society and the daily life of the people are closely related to the electricity.The interruption of power supply will not only cause the huge loss of the social economy,but also disturb the normal order of life of the people.As the key link of the power system and the user connection,the safe and stable operation of the distribution network has an important influence on the reliability of the power supply.According to the reliable data,more than 80%of the blackouts in recent years are caused by the fault of the distribution network,so the research on the reliability of the power distribution network has been paid much attention in recent years.The power supply reliability of the distribution network directly reflects the power supply capacity of the power supply system to the users,reflects the satisfaction degree of the power industry to the national economic demand,and embodies the comprehensive ability of the quality and management level of a national power supply system planning,infrastructure,construction,equipment manufacturing,production and operation.This paper introduces the basic methods and research characteristics of power supply reliability analysis in distribution network,carefully analyses the current construction and operation status of distribution network in Yantai urban area.Based on reliable statistical data,it enumerates and analyzes the interruption events of line and cable in the urban area of Yantai in 2017,and is serious about the blackout events.The main causes of power outage events are excavated,and some problems existing in Yantai urban distribution network are summed up.The evaluation index of power supply reliability level in Yantai urban distribution network is put forward.Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,hierarchical analysis method and the structure of membership function,the comprehensive supply of distribution network in Yantai urban area is provided.The electricity capability is evaluated and the effective strategy to enhance the reliability of Yantai urban distribution network is pointed out.
