The world economy has been developing rapidly.Globalization and diversification are the development trend of the automobile industry.In addition,the market has gradually shifted from seller to buyer.To face the complexity&changeability and the individualized market demand,all automobile industry companies can experience the huge market competition pressure.The traditional management ideas and concepts in the past such as mass production mode,cannot meet the actual needs of the current world economic development.Therefore,the production mode of small batch,multiple varieties and low consumption--lean production has become the pursuit of every manufacturing enterprise.Under the circumstances of lean production,lean production method in this paper will put some of the basic ideas,and implement tools,as well as the implementation method and management tools,through the VSM tool of Value stream analysis the current situation of production and point out the waste in production process,change some line from the push to pull production system and set up Kanban management mode,implement injection workshop quick mold change(QMC or SMED),improve the material delivery distribution,5S and TPM,thus improved the TT auto parts company production management processes and methods,Reduced inventory and process waste,greatly improved production efficiency.Based on the production with lean tools to improve the design,this paper emphatically introduces the overall improvement ideas based on lean production tools,set up improved team and the implementation principle,build the pull production of reducing waste,quickly change,value stream analysis,to promote the production activity improved in line with a lean.Based on the analysis of the production improvement plan,the implementation steps and key points of production improvement were summarized.A series of achievements in production improvement with the help of lean production tools were summarized from the aspects of pulling production,on-site improvement,value flow and rapid switching.Further improvement and development of TT auto parts in the future are also suggested.
