Research On Selection Of New High-speed Railway Routes Based On Multi-objective Decision-making

In the early stage of railway construction,the choice of railway lines is a very comprehensive task.One of the key challenges is the comparison of new high-speed rail lines.Whether the quality of the new high-speed railway can meet the investment needs of the project is directly related to regional economic development,environmental protection conditions and socio political guidance.Therefore,the new high-speed rail plan and the line survey will be compared,and the investigation and collection of all kinds of data must be carried out smoothly.We will fully understand the influence conditions of the construction evaluation of the new high speed railway,analyze the influence conditions systematically,analyze the relationship among the factors,get a scientific and reasonable solution and get the best evaluation target.This can promote the assessment of existing new high-speed railway projects,making them more inclusive,systematic and reasonable.First,analyze and study the current situation of railway at home and abroad,analyze the existing problems,and clarify the significance and purpose of this article.Through reading a large number of documents,we can understand the general method of multi-objective evaluation system,the basic theory of multi-objective decision making,and set up the general evaluation index of railway.The theory,development,contents,principles and methods of multi-objective decision making evaluation index system are described in detail.Second,the purpose of this document is to comprehensively assess the performance of the four criteria that affect railway assessment factors and to demonstrate the importance and impact of railway projects on economic,environmental and social impacts.Third,from the four aspects of economic factors,technical level,environmental conditions and social benefits,we extract the evaluation content of new high-speed railway and extract the evaluation index.Combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,select the evaluation index system to evaluate the sub index and resume.Fourth,we calculate the weight of all the detailed sub indices in the evaluation process,and list the elements that need attention in railway construction.Combined with the comprehensive evaluation system and the actual railway project,it provides the basis for determining the actual line.At the same time,the rationality of the system in the railway evaluation method and decision-making process is verified,indicating that the evaluation system and evaluation method are in line with the decision-making ideas and practical requirements.Finally,this paper selects a project to carry out an empirical analysis,through the establishment of a new high speed railway line evaluation index system and the selected analysis model,to analyze the operability of the new high speed railway optimization.
