Remote sensing satellite imaging technology has been developed rapidly with its advantage of wide observation range,long running time,legal acquisition way,no need to consider personnel safety factors and free space time limitation.It has played an important role in the field of agriculture,science,mineral resources,environmental disaster reduction and urban planning.It has become important methods to obtain ground information.However,the imaging effect of remote sensing satellite is affected by the cloud above the ground task area.If the objects to be observed are obscured by the cloud,the application value of remote sensing image will be greatly reduced.Therefore,for remote sensing data collection,if user want to get the cloudless remote sensing images of a specific area,they is concerned about whether all the required data can be obtained using the selected satellite resources in the specified time range.Therefore,in the face of the long time imaging request in large area,how to prejudge the time of obtaining the image data of the regional target under the influence factors of cloud,inform the user whether they can complete the data acquisition successfully,and guide the user to make the imaging plan according to the result of the prediction,so that the remote sensing information can provide supports to the user timely,which has became an urgent problem.Based on the above,a set of evaluation mechanism is established to evaluate the imaging request,the expected coverage rate and cover progress of the imaging tasks is obtained,and the accuracy and rationality of the user's decision-making is improved.The work of this study is as follows:1.From the point of view of actual shooting,the factors that affect the evaluation of imaging collection are summarized,and the factors are divided into two categories,satellite capability factors and task area factors,and the imaging collection evaluating model is established based on the factors which have great influence.The model can evaluate various shooting scenes,and has strong applicability.2.According to two situations whether users can provide historical data,two solutions based on average cloud and cloud frequency are proposed to evaluate the relationship between the number of satellite coverage,cloud and expected coverage rate.The model is solved successfully,and the expected coverage rate and cover schedule are obtained.At the same time,the method can evaluate image acquisition even though users cannot provide historical data.The results of simulation test show that the test results are of high accuracy,indicating the application value of this research.
