Research On Financial Risk Evaluation Of Y Company Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

The analysis and control of financial risk has always been the top priority in the field of financial risk management.With such a warning,we should fully understand the analysis and control of financial risks.Therefore,enterprises need to pay close attention to financial risks in their daily activities,and carry out real-time analysis and control of financial risks.The capital is the lifeblood of the enterprise,and the good or bad of the fund movement is the most direct embodiment of the financial risk.This thesis takes Y Company as the research object,from the angle of financial risk management,firstly combs the research results of financial risk related theory,then defines the definition of financial risk,analyzes its types and characteristics.It also discusses the financial risk analysis method,the financial risk control method and the flow chart.According to the present situation of production and operation of Y Company,the thesis selects the financial data of Y Company 2012-2016 from the aspects of financing,investment and operation.This thesis analyzes the financial risk of the company respectively from the four angles of cash flow and income distribution.The financial risk evaluation model of Y company is constructed by using the Analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the financial crisis of Y company is discussed.The possibility and severity of life are estimated,that is,whether the enterprise will fall into a financial crisis and the severity of the crisis because of the identified financial risks.It is concluded that company Y is currently in a moderate crisis state.Finally,from the sources of financing and investment,Five aspects of operation,cash flow and income distribution put forward specific measures to strengthen the financial risk control of company Y,and then help the company to improve the ability of financial risk control.This article is an analysis of the financial risk of the leading enterprise in the construction and decoration industry,that is,company Y.The result of the analysis can also be shareholders and creditors.The analysis process of this thesis also plays an important role in building decoration industry,and it is of great significance for building decoration industry to improve management level and develop healthily and orderly.
