As an important part of automobile engine,The crankcase is generally made of aluminum alloy die-casting,After the die casting,the outline edge,the parting surface and the orifice of the crankcase will produce burrs because of extrusion process.The burr affect the positioning and clamping of the crankcase in machining,and even reduce the engine life.In the enterprise,the manual cleaning method is widely used to clean the crankcase burr,which is not only costly,inefficient,but also harmful to the health of the workers because of a large amount of metal dust was produced during the deburring process.In this paper,according to the geometrical characteristics of the crankcase,the distribution of burr and based on deburring requirements,an automatic cleaning system which will improve deburring efficiency and improve working conditions is designed.The main researches are as follows:In this paper,the process of robot deburring is analyzed and the way of robot deburring is determined,At the same time,according to the geometric characteristics of the crankcase and the distribution of the burr,an automatic deburring process of the cleaning system is formulated;By analyzing the control of force and position,especially the force,and combined with the actual requirements of the project,the passive compliant force control scheme,the driving mode and floating mode of floating deburring device are determined;According to the requirements of the deburring process,the path of the cutter path is optimized,and based on the robot's forward speed characteristics,the robot teaching points are optimized.Finally,the system beats are optimized;Finally,the system debugging is carried out,and the effectiveness and efficiency of manual deburring and automatic cleaning system are compared,which will provide a reference for the industrial production.
