In engineering practice,Pipeline systems are widely used in various fields.Research on the flow characteristics and vocal mechanism of the pipe line conveying fluidcan be used to guide design,manufacturing and engineering applications of the piping system.At present,most scholars' research on pipeline noise mainly focuses on the structural vibration noise,and the flow noise of piping system has not been studied in detail.To this end,this paper focuses on the flow characteristics and flow noise characteristics of key components and The proposed pipeline noise control measures is analyzed and put forward.Firstly,the influence of the over-flow area of the valve on the internal flow characteristics and the absorption of the accumulator inflation pressure on the pulsating pressure of the piping systemis studiedbased on the power bond graph method.Secondly,the pipeline model is built,and the flow characteristics and acoustic radiation characteristics of the pipeline under different inlet pressure pulsation conditions are studied by CFD numerical simulation method,.The influence of the entrance pressure pulsation amplitude,frequency and phase on the noise level of the pipeline is obtained by the calculation result.Finally,aiming at the three parameters pulsation amplitude,pulsation frequency and pulsation phase of the inlet pulsating velocity in the pipeline,the flow characteristics and the acoustic radiation characteristics of the pipeline are studied.The optimization scheme of the noise control of the pipeline system is put forward.The results show that the influence of the over-flow area of the valve on the piping system is obvious.The accumulator can effectively reduce the pressure fluctuation amplitude in the pipeline.The power bond graph method can quickly and efficiently calculate the velocity and pressure distribution of the complex piping system,which can be used as a simplified method to solve the three-dimensional complex pipeline simulation model.There is a positive correlation between the noise level of the pipeline and the pulsation amplitude and pressure pulsation amplitude.The optimum pressure pulsation frequency is determined by experiment or simulation.The pressure pulsation phase,velocity(velocity)pulsation frequency,and velocity(flow)pulsation phase of the model pipeline noise are related to the frequency domain range.
