With the overall advancement of a well-to-do society, the demands of the peasants on the living environment have become higher and higher, and the demand for improving the living conditions in rural mountainous areas has become more and more urgent. And in line with the July 17,2017,Ministry of Housing and Development and other departments in the development of characteristic towns across the country, proposed that by 2020 to cultivate about 1,000 so that it has the characteristics of traditional culture, beautiful and livable. At the same time, considering the problems caused by the high energy consumption of buildings,we made some contribution to the 65%energy saving rate stipulated by the building energy-saving design standards in most areas of China[1].Raising the energy-saving effect of residential areas and creating a living space with local characteristics and satisfying the needs of modern life are of great significance for building a new socialist countryside. This paper studies the construction techniques and construction characteristics of the slate dwellings in the mountainous areas of southern Shaanxi from the aspects of structure and materials, and lays a foundation for further research and protection of the residential houses in the future.Combined with the status problem,it is very instructive for how to create an energy-saving building system and good comfort indoors. The main research contents and results of this article are as follows:(1)Through on-the-spot investigations and interviews,a certain understanding of the status of slate houses, the structure of each part, and the indoor thermal environment in the mountainous areas of southern Shaanxi is formed.Based on this assessment, the status of residential indoor thermal environment is studied and farmers' living conditions are studied. The needs of the environment;(2)In order to systematically understand the specific impact of the construction characteristics of the slate dwellings in the mountainous areas of southern Shaanxi on the indoor thermal environment of the building,a typical residential house with conservation value was selected to measure the indoor thermal environment in winter and summer, and the indoor average temperature in winter was obtained.Only 4.8?,the temperature is lower than the requirements and the humidity is relatively dry;the average summer temperature is 24.9 ?,the temperature is more comfortable but humid.Analyze the measured data to more scientifically evaluate the thermal environment of slate houses and factors influencing their energy consumption;(3)Combining with farmers' needs for residential functional space and indoor thermal environment, put forward appropriate local energy conservation strategies for the influence of energy consumption in residential areas of mountainous areas in southern Shannxi.Using DeST-h software of slab dwellings before and after the energy-saving reform of winter energy consumption simulation, simulation results show that the energy saving rate reached 59.69%,the average winter indoor temperature is increased 5.05 ?,achieving better results.
