Since the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",many programmatic documents including the "13th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development" and "13th Five-Year Plan for Natural Gas Development" have repeatedly reaffirmed and clarified that natural gas is the main energy source for China's clean low-carbon energy system.However,in the process of transformation and upgrading of the energy system,the problem of high dependence on China's natural gas is particularly prominent.As of 2016,imported natural gas has exceeded 30%,and more than half of the natural gas has been in the form of liquefied natural gas.LNG ambient air vaporizer use ambient air as a heat source,and the potential market demand is very large.However,due to the lack of national standards and climate zoning criteria for the design and selection,the situation of heat transfering is prone to deterioration,the phenomenon of frost formation is frequent,the market share is not high,and the actual operation effect is not good.In this paper,the climate zoning of the application of LNG ambient air vaporizer in our country.The complex heat transfer process of the LNG ambient air vaporizer was investigated and studied.Based on the perspective of the deep-frozen frosting process on the outer surface of the LNG ambient air vaporizer,the heat exchange process on the air side of the finned tube,and the boiling heat transfer in the finned tube,the appropriate correlations were selected.The dynamic process of coupling heat and mass transfer between the inside and outside of the tube was calculated,and a more realistic overall LNG ambient air vaporizer integrated heat transfer model was established.The model of the vaporizer with a wide range of applications and mature structures was selected,and the relationship curve between the environmental parameters and the operating cycle of the LNG ambient air vaporizer was established.By considering comprehensively both heat load characteristics and heat transfer performance of the LNG ambient air vaporizer,and using principal component analysis,cluster analysis and other methods to reduce dimensions,a simplified LNG ambient air vaporizer climate division index system was established.By processing effectively meteorological data and geographic data,a variety of rasterization methods were proposed.The cross-validation and actual verification methods were used for comparative analysis,and a single-index climate element resolution rasterization scheme was determined.Based on Arc GIS,the fine quantitative expression of single index climatic elements was achieved.By discussing the classification limit of single climate index,the climate zone map of LNG ambient air vaporizer was established.
