With the rapid development of near space aircraft technology in recent years,hypersonic aircraft,with strong penetration and defense capacity and wide range of operation,has become the most popular research field among military powers.In the flight of hypersonic aircraft,the problem of aerodynamic-thermal-structure multi-field coupling remains the most prominent.In numerical simulation of the hypersonic aircraft flight,the coupling effects between various physical fields should be considered so that the aircraft flight status and structure response will be assessed more accurately.The paper,with Mp CCI served as a data exchange interface and combined with fluid analysis software Fluent and the structure analysis software ABAQUS,has built a joint simulation platform of fluid-thermal-structure multi-physical-field coupling.Various problems of fluid-thermal-structure during the flight of hypersonic aircraft field can be researched through the platform.Besides,the two-way data transfer on the fluid-solid coupling surface can be realized.Firstly,the flow around the classical circular tube in hot hypersonic flow was simulated.By comparing the simulation results with the wind tunnel experiments results,the paper verified the correctness and validity of the multi-field coupling method.Then,based on the fluid-thermal-structure multi-physical-field coupling method,hypersonic aircraft flight process was simulated,and the structural response of aircraft and flow field characteristics were analyzed in detail.Based on the above research,the flight process of hypersonic vehicle with soft-solid coupling shape was studied in this paper.The structural response of soft-solid coupled vehicle during hypersonic flight was studied by simulation.Then,the aerodynamic characteristics obtained by coupling algorithm and non-coupling algorithm were analyzed and compared in detail.From the simulation results,it can be seen that the results received through the fluid-thermal-structure coupling method are closer to the real situation.The fluid-thermal-structure coupling method adopted in this paper is highly efficient and reliable in its calculation,which,to a certain degree,can be referential in practical engineering application.
