In the advanced transmisson system of an automobile,the performance of the main components such as gears,clutches and planetary rows directly affects the normal operation of the transmission system,and poor lubrication is a significant factor of parts damage and mechanical failure.As an oil transport mechanism,rotary oil ducts are important part of the advanced transmission system.Due to the high speed of the rotary oil duct,it is possible that the oil cannot be supplied properly.Therefore,based on the above problems,this paper took the rotary lubricating oil duct as the research object,and adopted the method of computational fluid dynamics to analyze the flow state of the fluid in the lubricating oil duct.In addition,the paper studied the effects of rotational speed,inlet pressure,oil temperature and oil duct structure on the flow field in the rotary lubricating oil duct,and provided the technical support for the structure design to achieve the accurate oil supplies.In this paper,the fluid computing domain model of rotary oil duct in lubrication system was established firstly.In order to ensure accurate calculation,the sealing system in the lubricating oil duct was modeled separately,and it is convenient to consider the influence of oil leakage on the flow field in the rotary oil duct.By using grid interface,the fluid domain of the stationary and rotating regions in the oil duct was connected.Through numerical simulation,the flow characteristics of lubricating oil in the main oil duct were obtained,and the speed vector,pressure cloud and velocity streamline diagram of the flow field in the oil duct were got.Furthermore,under different working conditions,the outlet flow of the rotary oil duct was compared and analyzed,and through the analysis,the data of outlet flow rate and its influence rules were obtained.In order to more fully analyze the fluid characteristics of the rotary oil duct and verify the design effect of the oil duct,a high-speed rotary oil duct test bench was independently designed and built.By these tests,I can obtain the outlet flow data and the regular variation curves of the oil duct under different rotational speed and oil pressure.Besides,through the comparison of experiments and simulations,the rationality and correctness of the simulation method for rotary lubricating oil duct were fully verified.Based on the above simulation method,the different outlets flow of a new type transmission lubricant oil duct was investigated,and the design effect of the current structure was verified.A fluid computing domain for the structure of new rotatry lubricating oil duct was established.The new oil duct contained output shaft oil duct,shaft seam oil duct and turbine shaft oil duct.By the method of computational fluid dynamics,the flow state of the fluid in lubricating oil duct under different gear and turbine shaft speed was studied.And the influence mechanisms for the outlet flow in the output shaft and the four outlet flow in the oil duct were studied.Moreover,combined with the actual lubrication demand of the main parts of the new transmission device,the structure optimization scheme was proposed for the outlet pipeline which did not meet the lubrication requirement.And through the numerical simulation results of multi-group structure optimization scheme,the optimal scheme was finally determined,which made the oil output of all outlets can meet the rated lubrication demand.
