As the fulcrum of the rising city in central China,Wuhan is the important development part of the Yangtze River economic belt and of "The Belt and Road" national strategic.From the view of "13th Five-Year" development program,the country has high hopes on the big traffic development of Wuhan.The Yangtze River is the main waterway of Wuhan to Shanghai,it has an important strategic position toward the overall pattern of the development of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.Yangtze River Economic Zone Planning has pointed out that a comprehensive transportation network from Wuhan to Shanghai has gradually been shaped as perfect traffic infrastructure,large scale transportation network and typical structure layout based on the Yangtze River golden waterway,a variety of transportation modes advancing for the common development.However,the construction of integrated transportation network still has a big gap to meet the needs of the development of modernization.With the performance that in the mode of transport convergence is not smooth,like the transport organization modes of railway-river transportation,road-river transportation,and water-water transfer have not yet been achieved effective convergence.Nowadays,to optimizing the route,transportation cost and transportation time of the multimodal transport,existing research is mainly focused on the appropriate path selecting,and the most effective way of transportation.With these methods,not only the owner's selection of the container transport organization mode can be optimized,the owner satisfaction of container transport and the service level of the container transportation can be improved at the same time,and also the social resources can be integrated and utilized effectively.In this paper,Wuhan to Shanghai container transport organization optimization problem has been take as the main study object.On the basis of on-the-spot investigation and referring to the domestic and foreign literatures,we analyzed Wuhan to Shanghai container transportation status and container demand,then using the multi-factor dynamic generation method to forecast the container production.It point out that the existing Wuhan to Shanghai container transportation organization form is difficult to meet the development needs in future,so this study has its realistic meaning.From the perspective of the owner,considering the transportation cost and time,specific analysis the transport time,cost,connecting time and connecting cost between the cities during Wuhan to Shanghai in three transportation modes.Then optimizing contrast time value model to convert transit time to its value.Establishing transport organization optimization model based on the total transportation cost and the total time,then using MATLAB and the genetic algorithm to solve the optimization model,with the consideration of different transportation time and trend of larger-sized vessel.By analyzing the sensitivity of transportation time and transportation cost which due to the large-scale trend for container ship.Several groups of transport organization mode is recommended last under conditions of the timeless,24 hours,48 hours,and the trend of larger-sized vessel.
