The problem of environmental pollution and the scarcity of fossil fuels has created a strong demand for the development of green economy,the development of clean energy and the improvement of the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy.The popularization of wind power and all-electricity aircraft is expected to optimize the existing energy structure and reduce atmospheric pollution,with far-reaching effects on the global environment.In wind power generation and electrified aviation propulsion equipment,ultra-high torque density,ultra-high power density motors are the technological bottlenecks.The torque density and power density of fully superconducting machine are theoretically much higher than conventional motors,and it has broad application prospects in offshore wind power,all-electric aircraft and other occasions.The fully superconducting machine itself has the disadvantages of high cost and complicated internal structure,and is still in the research and development stage.This paper mainly focuses on the electromagnetic research of a superconducting magnetic geared machine and provides a new solution for fully superconducting machines.The specific work starts from the following aspects:First of all,from the actual technical problems of offshore wind turbines and aviation aircraft,the demand for high torque density and high power density machines is discussed.The reason and application prospect of superconducting machine are briefly introduced.Then combed the research status of high-temperature superconductor at home and abroad.The technical problems and structures unique to the superconducting machine are then described,including superconducting technical characteristics,superconducting wires,and cryogenic systems and quench protection systems.Summarize the technical problems of the superconducting machine in the design process that distinguish it from the conventional machine.Introduce all kinds of topological structure of superconducting machines,compare the advantage and insufficiency of each kind of topological structure.Introduce the existing fully superconducting topologies and summarize the common features of them.Then,the topological structure of the superconducting magnetic geared machine was put forward,and its structure characteristics and working principle were introduced in detail.Subsequently,the design process of a 115 kW superconducting magnetic geared machine was introduced in detail from aspects of electrical and magnetic load selection,magnetic gear design,and superconducting windings.The comprehensive analysis of the performance of the superconducting magnetic geared machine is carried out from the aspects of magnetic field analysis,back electromotive force analysis,torque analysis and efficiency calculation.Finally,the electromagnetic performance of the machine is optimized,including the influence of the modulation loop parameters on the machine performance,the optimum transmission ratio selection,and optimization of machine operating efficiency.And from the torque density,power density,volume,weight and cost,etc.,the comparison of the superconducting magnetic geared machine,the conventional fully superconducting synchronous machine and the ordinary permanent magnet synchronous machine.The results of this paper can provide reference for further research on the fully superconducting machine.
