After forty years of reform and opening up,our country's economy has maintained rapid growth, and the construction industry has also grown rapidly.More and more high-rise buildings have spread all over the country. As an important part of building construction, electromechanical installation engineering is a frequent occurrence of construction accidents and has received extensive attention within the industry for a long time.Based on the above background, this paper evaluates the construction risk of high-rise building electromechanical installation engineering.First, this paper identifies the risk of high-rise building electromechanical installation and construction. It identifies five factors including human factors, environmental factors, material factors, mechanical and equipment factors, and management factors through field visits and consulting experts.Finally,35 risk sources are identified. Then the questionnaire and LEC method are used to determine the risk level of each risk source. The LEC method is one that used to assess the risk of the operating environment.Because it is very practical and simple, and the classification of risk levels is clear,it has become one of the most commonly used risk analysis methods. Finally, based on the identified risk sources and their corresponding risk levels,a risk assessment model for high-rise building electromechanical installation projects was established.Based on the established risk index system, through the way of expert investigation, the corresponding weight coefficient is established for each index using the analytic hierarchy process. This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the construction risk of mechanical and electrical installation engineering. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and adopts the principle of fuzzy transformation. It quantifies things that are not easy to quantify or whose boundaries are not clear, and analyzes the level of the object to be evaluated from multiple factors. The indicators in the risk evaluation index system for high-rise building electromechanical installation projects established in this paper are uncertain, and the established system cannot be completely quantified. Therefore,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of high-rise building electromechanical installation projects. After setting up a high-rise building mechanical and electrical installation project risk assessment model, this paper takes the construction of an electromechanical installation project of a high-rise building in Dalian as an example, establishing the corresponding index values through field visits and questionnaires, and then uses the established evaluation model. The evaluation finally identified that the electromechanical installation project was at a low risk level..
