On the one hand,the large-scale access to the power grid of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation alleviates the problem of energy shortage,on the other hand,it also brings power fluctuation,scheduling difficulty and reliability reduction to power grid.In order to solve the above problems,the application of power storage in the renewable energy generation system and the corresponding control strategy have gradually become the hot spot of the research in the future.This paper mainly explores the value of the hybrid energy storage system in the power system application.In order to make use of the plan of mixing the power of the combined power to suppress the wind and the output power and tracking the joint generation of the wind and the-wind,the corresponding control strategy and the related algorithms are studied.The fluctuation index of power output and better tracking power plant generation plan;to realize the purpose of service in power system scheduling,to reduce the influence of renewable energy generation to power grid and to improve the stability of power system operation.For the application of energy storage system to solve the power fluctuation of wind and scenery micro grid,first of all,we select the components of the hybrid energy storage system by exploring the dynamic response of the common power storage energy,and then a kind of SOC(State of Charge)based on the hybrid energy storage power pool is proposed.The control strategy of hierarchical and optimized suppression fluctuation,which takes into account the advantages of power type energy storage devices and energy type energy storage devices,designs an adaptive energy management system with two levels of control layer and coordinated control layer,which combines the hierarchical feedback control of the SOC state of the supercapacitor and the battery,and greatly reduces the original value on the one hand.The fluctuation of output power of wind and solar power generation is achieved.On the other hand,the output of battery in a reasonable range is reduced,and the loss of battery is reduced.Finally,the simulation is verified by example simulation.In order to solve the problem of applying the energy storage system to the joint microgrid generation plan,the linear extrapolation moving average algorithm is first used to predict the output power of the wind and solar power generation in real time.Secondly,the feedback module of the energy storage coordination control layer is set up in the control system,and the real-time generation control of the energy storage system is realized.Finally,the purpose of tracking power generation is achieved by synthesizing the original output power of wind and solar power and the real-time output of energy storage system.By comparing the linear extrapolation moving average algorithm and the traditional linear trend extrapolation algorithm by MATLAB/SIMULINK,it is proved that the algorithm can improve the accuracy and the qualified rate of the ultra short term prediction of wind and solar power generation.On the other hand,comparing the traditional measured power curve with the synthetic output curve of the optimization algorithm,it is proved that the tracking force effect based on this algorithm is closer to the planned curve of the power generation system.
