Research On The Technology Roadmap Of Intelligent Development Of New Energy Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In China

The developed countries such as the United States,France and Germany try to grasp the dominant power of a new round of technological revolution and the energy revolution.The "Reindustrialisation" strategy led by technological innovation and the "clean energy recovery" strategy guided by low carbon concept have been put forward in succession.At the same time,our country in the "13th Five-Year" program have also developed the "Made in China 2025" and "energy development" strategy.It is no doubt that China and the world are facing the convergence of the equipment manufacturing and the energy revolution.With the new generation of information technology and modern management methods applied to new energy equipment manufacturing,research and development,management,sales and other links.A series of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises,represented by new energy automobile enterprises,will evolve to the trend of intelligent and pollution-free.Actively promoting the development of our new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises to intelligent manufacturing is a necessary prerequisite for realizing the efficiency of the enterprise and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically study the technological roadmap of the development of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises in China,so as to guide the new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises to formulate scientific and rational strategy of transformation and upgrading.After summarizing the related research results of experts and scholars in the field of new energy equipment manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing and technology roadmap,the related concepts of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises,intelligent manufacturing technology and technology roadmap were defined.From the scientific and standardized enterprise technology innovation,reasonable and effective coordination of enterprise resources and improve the management efficiency of the three aspects of the decision of China's new energy equipment manufacturing enterprise intelligent manufacturing technology roadmap development analysis of the causes,and expounds the features and classification of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprise intelligent manufacturing technology roadmap.From the perspective of enterprise technical planning roadmap,the key technology of Intelligent Manufacturing in new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises is identified based on the combination of word frequency analysis and TOPSIS.Through the construction of technology foresight model,the technology roadmap of intelligent manufacturing key technology for new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises is worked out,and the role of intelligent manufacturing key technologies in process,service level and management capability is analyzed.From the perspective of enterprise strategic planning roadmap,we select the representative new energy vehicle enterprises in the new energy equipment in-depth study.The evolutionary game theory is used to analyze the intelligent manufacturing evolution process of new energy automobile enterprises by adding intelligent manufacturing input strategy and competitive cooperation strategy,and the intelligent development path of new energy vehicle enterprises in China is established.Based on the analysis results of the above technology roadmap,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the intelligent manufacturing of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises from three aspects,namely,perfecting the enterprise innovation system,enhancing enterprise's capital guarantee and improving the service ability of enterprises.
