Nuclear power,as the country's focus of energy development,is increasingly facing severe information security issues,and the need for enhanced information security in the industry is becoming more urgent.Nuclear power plant safety instrument control system can ensure the safe operation of reactors and provide safety facilities to drive reactors to shut down in time when they deviate from normal operating conditions.The information security of data communication in the system is the premise guarantee for the normal execution of the system function.Therefore,starting from the information security requirements of the nuclear power plant safety level instrument control system,this paper evaluates the threat factors existing in the system and presents the information security solution strategy according to the evaluation results.The information security solution strategy aims to meet the requirements of the original system design indicators while obtaining information security assurance capabilities.The main research work and innovation of this article are as follows:(1)From the perspective of quantitative assessment of information security for safety instrument and control systems in nuclear power plants,a comprehensive assessment method based on ranking of threat factors was proposed.This method uses the triangle fuzzy number correlation theory to calculate the index weight.Aiming at the probability and statistics of the threat factors in the system,the multi expert evaluation system and the D-S evidence theory are used to synthesize the evaluation information.Finally,the comprehensive response size ranking is obtained based on the confidence interval of the threat factor.Through instance evaluation,the size of the threat factor can be intuitively displayed,which provides a theoretical basis for the proposal of information security solutions in the system.(2)According to the information security evaluation results of safety instrumentation and control system in nuclear power plants,a security strategy based on security components is proposed.Firstly,in the function realization of the security component,through the testing of the cryptographic algorithm,the appropriate encryption and authentication algorithms were selected,and the algorithm was functionally verified.Then build an attack simulation platform based on man-in-the-middle attack method.From the results of the attack test,the effectiveness of the strategy on security protection is demonstrated.Finally,according to the requirements of the response time and software storage capacity of the safety-grade instrument control system in nuclear power plants,the applicability of the strategy to the system is analyzed from two aspects: the implementation time of the security component and the resource occupation.
