In recent years,with the development of membrane materials,membrane technology,control technology of membrane separation,water vapor recovery from flue gas with membranes is gradually recognized by the community.With the recovery of water vapor,the heat carried by water vapor can be used at the same time.In another hand,acid dew point temperature can be decreased if the water vapor can be removed from flue gas.So the application prospect of the technology is satisfactory.We developed a new membrane with PES hollow fiber membranes and SPEEK,which was highly sulfonated,depending on the research results earlier.Then we studied the mechanical behavior of the membranes we developed,using the numerical calculation software named ANSYS and Fluent.Finally,we tested the performances of the PES-SPEEK membranes.The specific work we have done can be described as;We choose a specific hollow fiber membrane just like what we need,from many kinds of membranes according to the characteristics of the technology.Then we used a new material named SPEEK as the coating layer,after studying the flue gas.We also tested the characteristics of the PES-SPEEK membranes we developed.Finally,we checked the defects of the membranes,and the result was satisfactory.We build the model using a software named Gambit.Then the model was loaded to Fluent to compute the simulation of flow field distribution,which was then loaded to ANSYS to analysis the stress and strain of the membranes in the membrane system in the environment of high-flow flue gas.We introduced the basic principles and research ideas of recovering water vapor from flue gas using hollow fiber membranes.Then we tested the performances of the PES-SPEEK hollow fiber membranes,with the rig we called "flue gas moisture recovery test rig".We also introduced the details of the rig in the master 's thesis,which can be find in the chapter four.At last,we designed a new rig for pilot test of our technology,which is based on the study results of our early experiments in our laboratory.We also described many details of our pilot test rig.Then,we painting a 3D picture for our experimental apparatus and venues to display the consequent of our pilot test rig.
