In order to ensure the safety,stability,and high-speed operation of railway vehicles and extend the service life of railway transportation lines,different types of large-scale maintenance machinery are used to pathologically detect and troubleshoot the transportation routes.The maintenance and repair of railway transportation lines is a long system project.In the course of the development of China's railway industry,foreign advanced technology and management experience have been continuously introduced,and investment in the construction of high-speed railways and heavy-duty railways has continued.Therefore,the maintenance requirements for railway transportation lines have also been continuously improved.Maintenance methods have gradually changed from the original manual maintenance to the maintenance of large-scale maintenance machinery.Use different types of large-scale road maintenance machinery to carry out maintenance operations on the problems of railway lines and ensure the safe operation of railway lines.Large-scale maintenance machinery can not only provide safe operating conditions for the operation of existing railway lines,but also can be put into new railway lines.There are various types of large-scale maintenance machinery,and large-scale maintenance machines with different functions provide different maintenance operations for the maintenance and construction of railway lines.The full text mainly studies the following questions:(1)Analyze the factors of construction operation of large-scale maintenance machinery,focus on the three important factors of line tamping,tamping,and rail grinding.Explain the use and maintenance of large-scale maintenance machinery,and use the DC-32 tamper Example,specifically analyzed the faults of the key components of the DC-32 tamping car.(2)Analyze the full life cycle of large-scale maintenance machinery,analyze the whole life cycle design method and technical framework of large-scale maintenance machinery,use the analytic hierarchy process to model the life cycle of large-scale maintenance machinery,construct judgment matrix,test level.The consistency,and find the weight of each layer,and ultimately get the best solution.(3)The fatigue life of the squat arm is analyzed in detail based on the whole life cycle.The fatigue life prediction model based on the grey system theory is established.The fatigue life of the squat arm is calculated and calculated.The research on the life cycle prediction of large-scale maintenance machinery equipment can provide reference for large-scale maintenance machinery equipment from design to use until it is scrapped,which can make the design of the large-scale maintenance machinery complete life cycle,and can adopt measures to reduce the failure in advance through prediction of fatigue life.The rate occurs.
