Research On The Human Settlement Of Rural Residential Design

In recent years,the government has increased its investment in new rural construction,and carried out pilots of new rural construction in poverty-stricken areas.Nowadays,the main works of new rural construction are village planning and infrastructure construction.Although parts of the villages have carried out some infrastructure construction,there still exist large numbers of existing buildings which have many disadvantages such as poor thermal insulation and high energy consumption.There are many problems in rural style and feature and the suitability of residential environment.Guodian Village is one of the ordinary natural villages in the Lankao County with a rapid development of new rural construction in recent years due to the unicorn dance team which belongs to an intangible cultural heritage there.However,the rapid development has not improved the ecological environment of Guodian.At present,there are still many problems such as the large energy consumption of residential buildings,unplanned street construction,unreasonable infrastructure facilities and hollowed-out villages.The new rural construction still has a long way to go.Through related data access and field investigation of Guodian,this paper studies the main problems in residential environment construction and explores the pattern of residential environment construction in areas which is suitable for people in Lankao from the aspects of the residential environment,infrastructure construction,natural and human environment.At present,there are two kinds of architectural forms in Guodian Village,namely new residence and existing residence.According to the unreasonable space arrangement and unplanned courtyard space of new residential and existing residential buildings in the village,based on the sustainable developmentconcept of architecture and the research results of domestic and foreign green buildings,the author analyzes the design options of new residential construction,the selection criteria of building materials,interior decoration methods,the renovation programs of existing buildings and the utilization of renewable energy for Guodian Village.The new residential buildings take specific residences as samples to display the lighting and ventilation of the project in a more visual way by using the software of Revit.The data statistics of greening plants and sunshade equipment are also studied so as to help us create a green residential micro-environment.Considering the influence of infrastructure,natural environment and humanistic environment on the construction of human settlements,the paper analyzes the results of the construction of surrounding new rural construction by means of investigation.This paper mainly chooses new rural village with relatively perfect infrastructure construction in Xiaosong Town to carry out a research and analyzes the streets,leisure space layout and fully excavates the aspects which suitable for Guodian Village.Finally,the paper summarizes factors that influence the construction process of rural residential environment and the deficiency of the research.The author hopes that the conclusion of this paper could guide the beautiful rural construction of Guodian Village and provide a certain reference value for the new rural construction in Lankao.
