Study On The Authenticity Protection Mechanism Of Suzhou Residential Building Heritage Restoration Project

The theory of authenticity is one of the core theories of architectural heritage protectio n.This article selects a more classical document on international heritage protection-the i mplementation of the "World Heritage Convention Operation Guide"(referred to as the "O peration Guide"),is studied in order to explore the adaptability and maneuverability of the true elements in the Chinese local practice.On the premise of respecting the connotation of the authenticity of the "operation guide",taking the restoration of Suzhou house as an exa mple,this paper discusses its implementation in the practice of Chinese architectural herita ge,optimizes the mode of supervision and implementation of the true elements from the m echanism level.First,from the point of view of the whole process of repairing the project,this paper d iscusses the implementation of the true elements in the practice,and integrates the factors o f the "human" in the restoration project,and realizes the classification of the true elements i n the practice,and puts forward the need for the optimization of the actual protection mech anism of the current restoration project.Secondly,using the research method of game theory,this paper discusses the influenc e of the real elements in the practical implementation of the participating game in the restor ation project,and illustrates the necessity and feasibility of the optimization of the authenti city protection mechanism in the construction of the building heritage restoration project w ith the help of the case of the restoration of the building heritage of Suzhou house.Through continuous tracking and analysis of the case of the two phase of Suzhou Keyuan project,t he authenticity of the survey and design phase is judged first,and then the method of calcul ating the contribution value of the parties to the authenticity is used to deduce the content o f the protection mechanism that affects the authenticity of the restoration project during the construction stage.Finally,this paper analyzes and deducts the key mechanism that affects the real imple mentation of the restoration project of Suzhou house building heritage restoration project,t he process adjustment and hierarchical classification,and the corresponding optimization s trategies are put forward.
