This paper expounds the operating environment and current situation of nuclear construction industry,analyzes the characteristics of nuclear construction industry,while taking China Nuclear Construction&Engineering Group Cooperation(hereinafter referred to as CNECC)as an example,studies its financial risk warning methods and financial risk response and preventive measures,in order to reduce the loss caused by risk or prevent the risk in advance.This paper adopts case analysis method as its research method and combines objective financial data with theory.Relatively basic financial index method is used to analyze the financial situation of CNECC,basic financial situation of CNECC is reported.AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used in constructing the risk pre-warning model of CNECC.The results obtained by using AHP method to calculate the combined weights are more objective and thus can avoid subjective factors such as artificial assignment to a certain extent.The function of the financial risk pre-warning system established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can reflect the financial risk situation of the corporation's solvency,operation ability,profitability and development ability,and it can also grade the overall financial risk situation of the corporation.Using the financial risk pre-warning model of CNECC to analyze and examine its financial risk pre-warning in 2015 and 2016 shows that this model is reasonable and effective.After analyzing and researching the financial risk pre-warning of CNECC,it is concluded that there exists a moderate financial risk and its profitability,solvency and development ability are all at a dangerous level.Profitability,solvency and development capacity interact with each other,for example,increased profitability pushes up solvency while increased solvency can further reduce capital cost.Therefore,to reduce its financial risk,not only every single risk should be dealt with,but also the overall financial risk of the corporation should be planned,and put forward risk prevention strategies and measures by linking work at selected spots with that in entire areas.Nuclear construction corporations possess the characteristics of large investment scale and long construction period.It is difficult to completely eliminate its financial problems existing in the present stage of the report.However,adopting scientific and reasonable means to control its main risk can gradually improve the operation safety of the corporation.Based on objective data,the research model established in this paper is reasonable and effective,and its modeling method can provide a reference for the nuclear construction industry and its related construction industries in the establishment of their own financial risk pre-warning model.
