With the continuous development and successful application of reinforcement technology,china has made great achievements in structural strengthening technology in recent years,and has formed a set of relatively mature theory.However,scholars at home and abroad are not satisfied with the achievements,continue to explore more and better reinforcement methods.Although the existing reinforcement methods can meet the basic needs,it can not meet the comprehensive requirements of safety,economy and applicability.Therefore,on the basis of the existing reinforcement methods,some scholars put forward the method of wire winding reinforcement,and made experimental research on this reinforcement method,and formed some basic theoretical results.On the basis of the existing theory of wire winding reinforcement,the axial compression comparison test of three different circular cross section reinforcement columns and one unreinforced columns is carried out.By changing the distance of the wire around the wire,and combining the results of finite element software ABAQUS,the relationship between the behavior of short circular reinforced concrete columns reinforced with axial compression strengthened by wire winding and the relationship between the failure patterns and the wire winding spacing is explored,the calculation method of the bearing capacity of the reinforced column with winding wire is also discussed,the main conclusions and results are as follows:(1)The winding reinforcement method can greatly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete column,When the wire spacing is 20 mm,the ultimate bearing is82.7% higher than that of unreinforced column;When the wire spacing is 30 mm,the ultimate bearing capacity of the column is increased by 64.8% than that of the unreinforced column;When the wire spacing is 40 mm,the ultimate bearing capacity of the column is increased by29.4% than that of the unreinforced column.(2)Through the comparison test of the reinforced column and the unreinforced column,it is found that the reinforced concrete column is well controlled in the process of the stress process,the crack development is slow and the cracking load is greatly improved.Under the condition of wire spacing of 20 mm,30mm and 40 mm,the increase of cracking load is 55.6%,33.3% and 20%,respectively.(3)The winding reinforcement method can improve the ductility of the reinforced concrete columns.When the distance of the wire is 20 mm,the ultimate strain of the longitudinal reinforcement is 82.3% higher than that of the unreinforced column,and the ultimate strain of the concrete is 87.6% higher than that of the unreinforced column;When the distance of the wire is 30 mm,the ultimate strain of the longitudinal reinforcement is 50%higher than that of the unreinforced column,and the ultimate strain of the concrete is 52.8%higher than that of the unreinforced column;When the distance of the wire is 40 mm,the ultimate strain of the longitudinal reinforcement is 26.5% higher than that of the unreinforced column,and the ultimate strain of the concrete is 30.1% higher than that of the unreinforced column.(4)On the basis of existing theories and relevant specifications of wire reinforcement technology,in this paper,the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete circular section short columns strengthened by wire reinforcement is calculated in this paper,the corresponding calculation formula is put forward for reference.
