With domestic championing of new energy vehicles,LNG gas station has made a large number of construction and development.The safety status of LNG gas station has caused the attention of people.Thanks to the development of LNG station in the country is later,nowadays the domestic study of LNG gas station's safety evaluation system is not perfect enough,so the understanding of the dangerous and harmful factors of LNG gas station as well as the safety evaluation research is not enough in-depth,safety evaluation method and evaluation system is not perfect too.In order to guarantee the safe operation of the LNG station,after the selection of project site and production process,the safety assessment is necessary.Safety evaluation does the work of potential dangerous and harmful factors of LNG gas station to analysis the result of safety evaluation to eliminate risk factors and provide accident prevention measures.This thesis focus on the dangerous and harmful factors of LNG stations for safety evaluation research.The Main material of LNG gas station is methane,which belongs to the harmful gas that is inflammable and explosive.So in this thesis,the research of safety evaluation of the LNG gas station system will be meaningful to keep the safe operation and scientific management of the LNG gas station.Based on the theory of the accident cause,from the aspects of people,material,environment and management system,the LNG gas station is analyzed,finding out the potential danger and harmful factors existing in the system and establishing a relatively complete LNG gas station safety evaluation index system.Then taking the fire explosion of LNG gas station as the top event of fault accident tree,through the event tree analysis and evaluation method according to the established evaluation index system for the LNG gas station to analysis.Based on Boolean algebra function minimum cut sets,and then according to the minimum cut sets,finding out the event combination of the cause of top event,at the same time,the important coefficient of the structure of each basic event by calculation and comparison of each basic event to cause fire explosion the influence degree of the top event to occur,it is concluded that the design with the device itself alarm system,LNG stations within the station and surrounding ventilation system,a lightning storm and lightning rod failure under natural environment factors,LNG natural gas leak,production life of the flame and equipment such as electrostatic LNG stations are risk factors of the main causes of fire explosion.Provide the basis for daily safety management.In this thesis based on extension theory established the comprehensive evaluation of LNG station matter-element model,the entropy weight coefficient by quantitative calculation and comprehensive correlation degree,on the Tengzhou Shunchi LNG station equipment factors,unloading process,jenvironment factor,management factor and piping system to conduct a comprehensive safety evaluation,achieve the goal of comprehensive safety assessment of the LNG station.Finally,all kinds of accident consequence analysis model of the LNG gas station were analyzed and summarized in this thesis.Through the analysis of hazards and consequences of leakage,fire and explosion,this thesis put forward the safety precautions of LNG gas station and provide effective protection for the safe operation of the LNG gas station.
