In order to improve the safety performance of energy-intensive anti-collision topology and the structure optimization efficiency,a multi-objective parametric optimization method for energy-resistant guided anti-impact structures was proposed in this article.A new finite element parametric modeling technique was introduced in the process of finite element modeling and analysis,and based on this parametric modeling method,a parametric modeling optimization software was developed for the energy-intensive anti-collision topology,making the finite element modeling and analysis process parameterized and the structural optimization process integrated.First of all,the current multi-objective optimization method and the robustness optimization method were compared and analyzed,and the appropriate multi-objective optimization method and the robustness design method aiming at the characteristics of the research structure were chosen and combined,the multi-objective robustness optimization of the energy-resistant anti-impact structure was realized,and the safety performance of energy-absorbing anti-impact structure was improved.Secondly,a finite element parametric modeling technique was introduced in the process of finite element modeling and analysis.In this methoed,the first geometric model was created through the CAD software and the first pre-treatment through CAE software.And the finite element model node coordinate information was read and modified using the external program written in fortran language,making the finite element modeling process parameterized.Compared with other parameterized technology,it has the advantages of strong operability and complete transmission of model information,and could significantly improve the efficiency of structural optimization.At last,based on the finite element parametric modeling method,Taguchi's robustness design method and satisfaction function method,the multi-objective robustness parameter optimization software of the energy-resistant anti-impact structure was developed.The software was used to optimize the size of pure electric vehicle white body,and the most size of the body structure of the head combination was gotten.In the optimization process,the researchers only established the original finite element model and set the design variables and levels.The experimental design,finite element analysis and multi-objective robustness optimization process were completed by the software automatically.The best combination of the size of the white body structure was gotten,and the body safety and efficiency of the structure optimization design was improved greatly.
