With the development of the automotive industry,Energy exhaustion and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.Research on hybrid electric vehicles has become a hot spot of problem.There are two kinds of power sources in hybrid electric vehicles.Switching through the working mode of the whole vehicle can improve the efficiency and emission of the vehicle.However,in the course of vehicle driving,(Switching between power sources),cause the fluctuation of the output torque of the transmission system.It Influences the Smoothness of the whole vehicle.Therefore,aimed at this problem,in this paper,the process of mode switching is studied in depth.Simulation modeling of drive system and real car test verify the feasibility of the control method in this paper.The specific content of the work is as follows:1?Analyze the structure characteristics of a single axis parallel hybrid system.Match the dynamic parameter of this configuration.Including engine,motor,main clutch and DCT clutch.Get parameters that conform to the dynamic demand index.Make the power source parameters for mode switching process.2?Mathematical modeling and simulation modeling for hybrid power system.I build a simulation model for the whole vehicle,.Focusing on the working characteristics of the main clutch and the DCT clutch for modeling and analysis.It lays the foundation for the study of dynamic characteristics of mode switching process.3?Analyze the dynamic parameter of each model of hybrid electric vehicle and Evaluate the index of mode switching process.Depending on the demand of driver torque,analyze of the efficiency of each model of hybrid electric vehicle and divide the mode region.This paper mainly deals with the switching process of the Switching process of pure electric mode to engine driving mode,engine driving mode to pure electric mode and engine driving mode to hybrid drive mode.This paper makes an in-depth study of this three mode switching.4?The purpose of the control of the main clutch and the DCT clutch is to make the demand for dynamic power and smoothness of vehicle in the process of mode switching.Use Fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the oil pressure change in the actuator of clutch.In order to reduce the torque ripple of the power source switching process,use the fuzzy control of the main clutch.Control of DCT clutch further reducing torque ripple on the basis of the previous basis.And limit the input torque of the gearbox at the same time.Guarantee the dynamic demand of vehicle running process.Control of the torque for a power source,including the throttle opening changing rate control of engine and the direct torque control for motor.5 ? After the simulation of the whole vehicle and the real car test,obtain the experimental results of the three mode switching process and compare and analyze the differences.Verify whether the actual vehicle test is well fitting the simulation results and meet the vehicle's dynamic ride comfort demand.
