The demand of mineral resources is more and more in today's society and people of mining hope the trucks is comfortable and efficiency.But for a long time,people of mining area have been using the ordinary steel plate spring structure dump truck to make the short distance transport.Due to the larger proportion of ore,mine road rugged working environment and the common dump truck which using plate spring has a lot of disadvantages,like the driving comfort is poor,the damage rate is higher.The thesis takes the 60-ton mine dump truck as the research object and the working characteristics of oil and gas suspension cylinders for the front axle are studied in detail.The physical,mechanical and vibration models of the 60-ton mine dump truck are constructed and analyzed.The damping and stiffness are analyzed and calculated,and the parameters influencing the performance are analyzed.According to the parameters of the vehicle,the reasonable bore and damping hole diameter are calculated and designed.The model of oil and gas suspension cylinder is established by AMESim software,and its bore diameter and characteristic are analyzed and verified.The stiffness and damping characteristics of the oil and gas suspension cylinder are analyzed and verified.It is found that the oil and gas suspension cylinder has good nonlinear stiffness at the same time.The simulation results show that when the cylinder diameter is 180mm and the diameter of the damping hole is 6.5mm,the amplitude attenuation effect of the rear suspension is the best.For the follow-up production of 60-ton mine vehicle oil and gas suspension cylinder products provide a theoretical basis and technical and data base.According to the company generated a sample of oil and gas suspension cylinder and carried out the vehicle to verify,take the assembly equipped with oil and gas suspension load 60 tons of mining vehicles 5 and the assembly of ordinary steel spring structure with the tonnage of the mine,selected three mining area as an experimental site for experimental comparison.It is concluded that the number of vibrations in the cab of the mining vehicle is mainly affected by the mining area and the running speed of the vehicle.The load has little effect on the vibration of the cab.Under the same working condition and running speed,the number of vibrations in the cab which is less than 30%-35%of the unmounted vehicles when the vehicle is not equipped with oil and gas suspension,especially when the vehicle speed is 30km/h or more,the advantage is very obvious.At the same time,the maintenance cost of assembling oil and gas suspension vehicles is only about 10%of the oil and gas suspension vehicles,and the maintenance time is only about 5%.The maintenance and maintenance advantages are more obvious.Therefore,the application of oil and gas suspension products in mining vehicles has a very high practical significance.
