Control-capsule is an important component of the guided bomb and its assembly quality and efficiency have a direct impact on the overall research and development of the guided bomb.Presently,the assembly mode of the guided bomb control-capsule still follows the traditional process design means which may cause defects in assembly design and assembly errors if there are any mistakes occurred in the technological process and as a result,it will seriously hamper the product development cycle.In view of this situation,this paper has applied 3DCAPP-A assembly process design technology,C++ software programming technology,database management technology,UG secondary development technology and interference inspection technology to complete the intelligent assembly of the guided bomb control-capsule and to create a simulation multi-module system.The main research works of this paper are as follows:(1)The assembly process design featuring information enhancement based on 3DCAPP-A.Firstly,the modeling and expression of assembly process information has been established,and the layered,hierarchical and relativization expression methods of assembly model has been analyzed to provide theoretical basis for assembly process planning.Combined with the assembly case of control-capsule,the assembly process planning,path planning and technical illustrations of the spare parts have been accomplished in 3DCAPP-A environment.and then output assembly process documents so as to guide the product assembly on spot.(2)The knowledge base management of assembly process planning.Use MFC and SQL Server 2014 for software development and to complete the creation of knowledge base management system for control-capsule assembly process planning,thus realizing the management of knowledge bases such as manufacturing resources,technical terms,production process descriptions and technical documents and providing necessary references for technicians when they make the assembly process designs.(3)Expert system of intelligent assembly process route design.Firstly,it introduces the knowledge acquisition and representation methods and completes the creation of knowledge base of the control-capsule assembly process route.Secondly,it introduces the formation process of inference engine,including mode select and control strategy of inference,thus completing the research on the process route inference mechanism.Finally,conduct researches on human-computer interaction interface design of the expert system,and output the intelligent assembly process route documents combining control-capsule assembly process route inference to direct the workshop assembly.(4)Intelligent assembly and simulation technology.Using auxiliary development tool named "operation record" in UG secondary development to record assembly codes and to assist the development of intelligent assembly human-computer interaction interface,achieving the intelligent assembly of control-capsule and completing the interference inspection on control-capsule's assembly of spare parts.Finally,determine the feasibility of the assembly by the generated interference report.Intelligent assembly and simulation of the control-capsule have initially realized the assembly process design featuring information enhancement,the knowledge base management of assembly process planning based on 3DCAPP-A and have conducted the assembly simulation and interference inspection on the assembly process route intelligently generated from the expert system.Therefore,it has improved the efficiency of enterprises' assembly process design,centralized management of the resource library and the assembly and production of products.
