In the contemporary architectural design philosophy,the curtain wall is increasingly regarded as a relatively independent design element,in adaddition to its traditional function as the main structural support component,giving it more creativity and expressiveness.Therefore,more and more special-shaped curtain walls have appeared in large public buildings such as stadiums,airports and convention centers.The high-performance GRC(glass fiber reinforced cement)board has high strength and good toughness.The designer can shape various shapes of the GRC board according to the design requirements of the building,and can achieve a special shape well.However,due to the increasingly complex modeling of the curtain wall,the amount of information attached to the curtain wall is also increasing.How to establish,use,and manage these information quickly and accurately becomes a problem in the industry In order to solve this problem,BIM technology is more and more applied to the GRC curtain wall engineering.As the core modeling software of BIM,Revit has become the focus of the research because of its parameterized design concept and powerful building information management function.In the background of the industrialization and information of the building curtain wall area in China,this paper takes the special-shaped GRC building curtain wall as an example to study and explore the key points of the application of BIM in the construction of the special-shaped GRC building curtain wall.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of the special-shaped GRC curtain wall project,the necessity of BIM technology for parameterized design of the special-shaped GRC curtain wall is expounded..Through the comparison of parameterized design software which is widely used at present stage,Revit+Dynamo software platform is selected to carry out the research on parameterization design of special shaped GRC curtain wall.Based on this platform,a clear programming flow(algorithm)is set up through the visual programming interface,and the 3D model of the special-shaped building curtain wall is controlled more accurately and logically through the input,processing and output of parameters,so as to improve the production and modification speed of the model,thus improving the working efficiency.With the powerful data management capabilities of the Revit+Dynamo software platform,the parameters data in the profiled GRC building curtain wall project are extracted,modified,and updated,and the model and parameter data can be quickly and effectively interacted to realize automated data entry and documentation.(2)This paper analyzes the design process and difficulties of the GRC plate structure in the special-shaped GRC curtain wall project,and attempts a new way of information interaction according to the difficulty of the design of the special-shaped GRC curtain wall.Based on the parameterization model of the special-shaped GRC curtain wall,the node information data of the GRC panel is extracted into the MGT file of Midas-Gen.Then edit the material,section size and other information in the MGT file.Midas-Gen reads the MGT file and implements the rapid modeling and preliminary design of the finite element model of the GRC panel.
