In the modern society,electricity is an integral part of the production and living.The turbine as the original motivation in equipment manufacturing industry which promoting the development of power industry,plays an important role in ensuring the power supply,concerns the state energy security and the lifeline of the national economy.So the scholars pay more and more attention to the manufacture of rotor.In order to study the rotor production process,this dissertation from the status quo of China equipment manufacturing industry,chooses the production process of the rotor of QLJ company as the research object based on the discussion about the industrial engineering and other related theories.First,by means of the site investigation working on the work measurement and balance analysis of the rotor production process,then this paper uses industrial engineering knowledge to draw flow chart of the rotor production process,the production workshop using Flexsim system dynamics simulation software to building and simulation the production process model.At the same time establish a linear multi-line workshop equipment layout model and site management system.Secondly,using the ECRS and 5W1 H principles to eliminate ?combine?rearrange and simplify the production operations,and ant colonygenetic hybrid algorithm is used to solve workshop equipment layout model,using industrial engineering knowledge on the rotor production site for operating environment control,site set management and product identification optimization,the same is Kanban management.And then the production process of the optimized secondary work measurement and equilibrium analysis,and the result of optimization is compared and analyzed.Finally,the comparison and analysis the improvement of the production workshop before and after optimization effect,then corresponding scheme optimization of the safeguard measures are put forward.Through the study of this article,not only can optimize the rotor production processes,improving rotor production efficiency and enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises,and can provide theoretical and practical reference for the optimization of the production process of other production workshops in enterprises.
