There are many advantages for permanent magnet brushless DC motor,such as high power density,good mechanical properties,big starting torque and simple control etc.And meeting electric vehicle driving force drive motor requirements,PMBLDCM is widely applied in the field of electric vehicles.The regenerative braking technology of PMBLDCM can be achieved by the software design of PMBLDCM controller without changing the hardware structure of the controller to realize the energy feedback,and increase the mileage of the electric vehicle.Therefore,there are the real economic and social benefits for us to research the PMBLDCM drive and regenerative braking control technology.In this thesis,firstly it elaborated on the purpose and significance of the research,major contents of the research,and the present research status at home and abroad of PMBLDCM;secondly it detailedly explained the permanent magnet brushless DC motor principle,analysized the cause of torque ripple,and then put forward the PWM-ON-PWM modulation mode and non-commutation-phase phase-current hysteresis loop control strategy.Secondly,this thesis elaborated on regenerative braking principle and mathematical model and put forward PI current loop constant torque regenerative braking control strategy from the controllability and stability of braking torque and regenerative braking efficiency.Finally,on the basis of the mathematical model of PMBLDCM,the MATLAB Simulink simulation model of PMBLDCM control system is built.The suppressing commutation torque ripple control strategy and the constant torque feedback control strategy are verified with correctness and feasibility in the MATLAB simulation model.In order to verify the feasibility of the control system,a hardware and software system of six-phase asymmetric permanent magnet brushless DC motor controller is designed and is produced by using TMS320F28335 DSP as the core of control system.On this basis,the experiment is conducted on the speed and current dual-closed-loop control system and the constant torque regenerative braking control strategy.The experimental result validates effectiveness and feasibility of the six-phase asymmetric permanent magnet brushless DC motor drive and regenerative braking control system.
