Water environment is closely related to human society,economy,life and development.With the growth of population and rapid economic development,the deterioration of water environment is becoming more and more serious which seriously affects and damages the health of people and is not conducive to the sustainable development of the society and economy.The small watershed of Xinjiatai stream is located in the southwest of the Ximao li Lake watershed of Jinshi city,Changde,Hunan province.It is one of the 8 permanent streams in the Ximaoli Lake watershed.The water quality of small watershed directly affects the overall water quality of the Ximao li Lake watershed.The rapid development of industry and agriculture and the weak sense of environmental protection of the public have led to serious water pollution and ecological environment deteriorating in the small watershed.How to plan and build can make the small watershed of Xinjiatai stream afford to the functions of drinking water,irrigation,water source area,flood control,production and landscape is the urgent problems to be solved for decision-making and planning worker?This paper taking the small watershed of Xinjiatai stream as the research object.Making landscape ecological restoration planning of the small watershed of Xinjiatai stream on the basis of reference to relevant research results at home and abroad and excellent items and combining restoration ecology,landscape ecology,ecological planning and sustainable development,the 4R technology on controlling non-point source pollution and other related theories.The total area of the small watershed of Xinjiatai stream is 2242.22 hectares.Total population of 4542 people in 2016.Total annual pollution:COD 287.61 t/a,NH3-N 46.06 t/a,TP 18.48 t/a,TN 57.66 t/a,domestic garbage 1414.41 t/a.The period of the planning is from 2016 to 2035.On the principle of 'people oriented,guarantee the harmonious coexistence between man and nature;overall planning and comprehensive;adapt measures to local conditions,zoning management;combination of ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits'.On the idea of 'create an ecological,clean and beautiful small watershed'.On the strategy of 'reduce and protect,retain,reuse,restore and terminal control'.On the target of 'improve the water quality standard of small watershed,build an ecological,clean and beautiful small watershed,optimizing the overall environment of rural areas,realize the harmonious development of ecology,economy and society.'The overall planning structure is one axis,three area,four cores and multiple nodes.One axis for the main part of the Xinjiatai stream.Three areas of source control area,process control area,lakeside buffer zone.Four cores of reservoir protection,livestock industry point source pollution control,Allium chinense industry point source pollution control and wetland restoration for emissary.multiple nodes for the control of domestic sewage and non-point pollution of farmland runoff.Coordinating the layout and structure of land use in small watershed by land use planning;Restoring the natural characteristics and improving the self purification capacity of the river by restore the plan,cross section,vertical profile,dock wall,buffer strip;Improving vegetation coverage and water conservation capacity of small watershed by restore the vegetation of river wetland,dock wall,buffer strip of river channel and lakeside,forest area;Purify the pollution of farmland runoff,livestock industry,Allium chinense industry and domestic sewage by construction of 8.01 hectares of constructed wetland.Effluent quality control of constructed wetland is the second class water quality standard of "surface water environmental quality standard"GB 3838-2002.Combined with the current situation of small watershed and the planning of constructed wetland,planning and small watershed,plan to build a town wetland park in Tanghua community.The total area is about 10.62 hectares.Organic combination of sewage treatment process and wetland park.Under the premise of further purification of tail water of town domestic sewage water treatment and Allium chinense industry treatment to meet the leisure and hydrophilic needs of the surrounding residents;Optimizing the structure of the road system.Forming a perfect recycling treatment system for domestic garbage.Based on the research and planning practice of this topic hoping to provide some reference for landscape ecological restoration of the small watershed of Xinjiatai stream and provide some reference for other small watershed's landscape ecological restoration planning and construction in the future.
