Improvement Of Production Management For Assembly Workshop Of FAW-VW Engine Plant

By studying the FAW-VW engine plant production management problems,mainly including production organization management,assembly line balancing,logistics management,maintenance and the existing problems of the hole production process,the study as below,.First of all,starting from the production system of the company,the methods and characteristics of FAW-VW production organization system are analyzed.The factory level of engine production planing related problems are presented,and the proper using of the related resources of the production management information system,the information of engine plant management system integrate to each production area,and sharing resource gradual and the synchronization,related to production planning and planning work has to adjusted,which requires different production lines(for example,machining and assembling)in between with the different modes of production,to reduce the task time of type switching,guarantees the utilization rate.Secondly,to analyse logistics management in level of engine from the factory,on the basic of creating value in normal production,to be a basic of the material flows and information flows within engine production line,focus on the FAW-VW logistics under the system of information flow optimization,and through the integration of each control point of system,it could reduce the passing time,achieve the goal of pulling production.Thirdly,from the production line level of engine assembly line balance carried on the thorough analysis,point out a number of station which cause to the balance problems,through the reasonable using of external resources capacity,to find out the bottleneck process,by using the theory of IE has carried on the back row with each working procedure,and through the 5W1 H analysis,supplemented by tooling to improve and strengthen the automation to solve the imbalance in the process,finally get the ideal of assembly line.Finally,this paper also studies the production management system which used in the production of function structure,and implemented in the field of engine plant of maintenance management module,this article mainly introduced the maintenance management system's requirements with many functional module,the function of the maintenance system is given,so as to realize the maintenance system of the engine plant area,provide a basis for the preventive maintenance,but also improve the efficiency of assembly line directly,and remain a stable process for the assembly line.In this paper,with extensive using of the producton management system,focus on the introduction of advanced production management within the scope of MES and other advanced technology,based on the principle of pull production in engine plant,blend the digital management in the MES.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the engine plant,in logistics area,production area where are be integrated with production management system,with increasing the corresponding control points,to achieve the the real-time dynamic tracking between the information flow dand material flow of production process,to ensure the efficient in the production.
