It is one of the main problems for the manufacturing industry to reduce the consumption of resources and avoid the environmental pollution caused by traditional manufacturing.Nowadays,the sustainable development strategy is widely adopted in many countries,and the manufacturing cycle of the products will be carried out around the green manufacturing.Green manufacturing is the only way for the sustainable development of the society,which plays an important role in the equipment manufacturing industry,national defense security and national economy.In this paper,the application of traditional and green processing technology in the machining process is analyzed.(1)The characteristics of the dry machining are analyzed,and some suggestions are given for the selection of cutting tools.(2)Through the establishment of the process model,this paper describes the environmental impact of green manufacturing process elements,and makes a quantitative evaluation of green manufacturing process elements.The green manufacturing process planning model is designed and analyzed,and the score formula of green manufacturing process planning is deduced.(3)Through the research on the green engine connecting rod machining process,combined with the actual production,from material to machine connecting rod billet has been processed,the introduction of the concept of green manufacturing,optimize the transformation of traditional processing technology.Based on the planning of the machining process of engine connecting rod,raw material loss,material and energy consumption and pollutant emission factors analysis,optimization and evaluation,to better achieve the green machining,while the machining of other parts has a certain guiding significance.
