Research And Implementation Of Avionics Test Data Processing

Traditional method of avionics test data processing is based on artificial work,without a standardized format,which is complicated and easy to cause error.Based on theory of redundancy management rules,sensors,servo actuator system performance test with the related performance indicators and artificial experience,this paper will develop a platform on avionics test data processing with the help of Matlab GUI.In the test items of data processing which need to deal with the noise such as dead zone and backlash performance test in the sensors and servo actuator system performance test,this paper will introduce the wavelet threshold de-noising method in practical engineering,selecting wavelet basis function with reconstruction factor.Based on the specific requirements of the data processing in sensor performance test,the redundancy management experiment and servo system project,the calibration of related performance,image storage and word document report of data analysis processing will automatically generate with the corresponding basic data processing algorithm from the various artificial data processing methods.The platform makes the data processing much easier.At the end of this paper,the function of the platform is verified by relevant historical data.
